Nine hours later, with many long breaks and hours devoted to procrastination, I am finally moved into my new on-campus apartment. It's a little lonely because none of my three roommates are here yet, but it is lovely. It has fabulous red-purple carpeting, my accent wall is a gorgeous rich periwinkle, and the curtains are colorful. I share a shower and a bathroom with one other roommate, but I have my own mirror and sink beside my closet. It also has an outlet nearby which will mean I can straighten my hair in front of my mirror now.
The kitchen is adorable. It has a classy and comfy black leather love seat and chair, and while lacking a microwave, is otherwise perfect. It's blue and yellow too. The bathroom and shower are both quite small, and my view is to the inside of the courtyard of Goldsmith, which is mundane. But you can't win them all. I'm very happy with it. Pictures to come. Best of all, I am now living in the middle of Dublin and won't have to leave 40-45 minutes early for lectures to endure the fickle Dublin bus system.
Having spent the last straight four hours unpacking, I am ready for bed. Good night!
Yea! Last move for at least 3 whole months! I didn't realize you were in your new room when we were talking earlier.
