What color would you paint your castle?

So I made it through the first week of classes.  Mine were over by Wednesday, but still.  They all seem pretty interesting.  None are phenomenal, at least not yet, but I like all of them.  I also enjoyed having to watch Elizabeth Taylor's Taming of the Shrew and unfortunately that's the only thing I've done as far as classwork for next week.  I did read some children's lit theory yesterday, so I guess that counts too.

Yesterday afternoon, I went back to Howth to explore the cliffs.  Kristen, Kate, and I attempted to make the cliff walk, a 4-ish mile walk around the cliffs near the village, but were defeated by wind and gravity.  We made it further than we thought and got to the nose of Howth (at least what I decided should be the nose):

More pictures of cliffs:

We turned back and made our way over to the castle!
For some reason I'm the size of a leprechaun in this photo.

Then returned and I did one of my assignments. The problem with doing work is that so few of the readings have any sort of time frame with them.  For my history class, the professor distributed a packet with a course bibliography.  It had four pages of ten font text listing books thematically for reference for class and papers.  Nothing really helpful for personally guiding yourself through the course.  He also conveyed that you're not supposed to read all of the books, which in my opinion is an impossible task given the circumstances, not to mention redundant.  Anyway, rant end.

Today after grocery shopping I went with Kate, Bridget, and Kate went to an arcade and then to Dublin Castle.  An arcade is a shopping complex that's essentially a lane, open on either end to the street, with stores on both sides, booths in the middle, and covered overhead.  There were some pretty cute stores and a lot of costume shops.  The castle was kind of cool.

It was painted primary colors in the back, which was interesting.  We didn't go inside because it was closed, but had a nice time in the gardens.

What color would you expect them to paint the castle?

Now I really will do my work.
